While Encompass is mainly focused on parts supply, we offer a host of other forward and reverse supply chain services. We currently manage the complete high-volume parts supply chain for numerous global manufacturer brands and warranty companies, enabling them to focus on product and business development.
Encompass also provides 3PL, call center support, depot repair and returns management support – basically any segment of the supply chain with which our clients need assistance. We are the only parts logistics company in the industry with in-house board repair and comprehensive asset recovery services, which save valuable components from the scrap process while supplementing the parts supply chain and reducing warranty costs.

Our comprehensive ecommerce site encompass.com features a wealth of information, such as easy parts search, exploded views, 360o photos, how to videos, service manuals and more. In addition to encompass.com, we offer clients IT integration to our system via FTP, EDI and SOAP for real-time parts availability, pricing and procurement.
With East and West Coast distribution facilities, Encompass reaches about 90% of the country via economical next day or 2-day ground transportation. Will call/counter pick up is also available at each facility for customer convenience.
Encompass holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau due in part to our consistent willingness to work with our customers to resolve any issues they may encounter. We staff a ~50-person highly-trained, multi-lingual (Spanish and French) Call Center and online chat service to support customers with order placement, general inquiries, returns, warranty validation and more.
